The appointment wait times are horrific at the Staniford Street office. Please check into why people wait over an (one time 2.5 hours) to see you, even with an 8:30am appointment. I don't believe Dr. Rapoza knows about this or would find it acceptable. I will say he is a wonderful doctor but if the other issues don't get resolved, it affects his reputation and practice.
Dr Rapoza the best eye doctor I have ever met very professional and takes wonderful care of patients I highly recommend him
