Dr Frenkel best cardiologist In Garland.
My dad was referred to the Heart Place at the Garland office by his vascular doctor. It was our first time there and our last. What a nightmare. I have never ever experienced anything like that before by any doctor and believe me we have been to a lot. We were seen by Dr. Frenkel. He is the most disrespectful and unprofessional doctor I have ever met. Every time I asked a question he would come back with a rude comment. He would talk down on me like I was an idiot. Btw...I am a critical care nur

I am truly sorry that you and your dad had to go through that. Being sick is bad enough. I know everyone has bad days but this does not excuse Dr. Frenkel's behavior at all. I assure you that HeartPlace does not condone unprofessional behavior. I know there is not much I can say to make this better but please except my apologize on behalf of HeartPlace and I hope this does not turn you off to all cardiologists. Thank you for your time in reporting this.
Dr Frenkle is my cardiologist, he is very straight forward doesn’t beat around the bush. I trust him with my life. I have respect for him and the others who are a part HeartPlace Garland.
In 2006, Dr Frenkel first gave me a standard Stress Test, at which time inconsistencies were spotted. The next week , I had a nuclear stress test which showed and pin pointed my problems. Two days later, I entered the cath lab, and received stents in my heart to open blockages. In 11 years, I have had no problems, and I would, and have recommended Dr. Frenlel to several people. I highly value his opinion, and will always be with Dr. Frenkel. He is a true professional.
Best doctor I have ever been too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Gotta love all of them!!!! I was very well taken care of. I recomend this facility to everyone.
Dr Frenkel is a thorough doctor who is kind and interested in his patients. When I had a heart attack, I was lucky that Dr Frenkel was on call. He took such good care of me then and over 12 years later is still taking very good care of me. I trust him 110%. This is the cardiologist everyone should be lucky enough to have.
