I be been going to this office for 15 years. And always gotten good care.
First time and had an amazing experience, the doctor was friendly and sharp. And yes, he must have gotten a new staff because the team who assisted me at the front desk was awesome and amazing, I explained that I was on a lunch break and she expedited everything. One of the young ladies even let me use her charger. Great experience. Looks like I have a new doctor!
I think he is a good doctor and his audiologist is nice, but his front desk reception person (AA) is the worst. Talk about a passive-aggressive personality. A smile and a sneer reside within the same bounds.
I'm sure he's a fine doctor! BUT HIS STAFF SUCKS. I'll explain why they suck, the young lady who answered doesn't know what he treats put you on long hold to tell you he doesn't treat nosebleeds which is CLEARLY stated on his website. Almost 30 years as a ENT He wouldn't know how to treat a septum? I think not. Get better staff A.S.A.P
