Guys, I'm here giving you a 5 star review. That is a kindness. I will delete this review later. But I DON'T have a way to contact you. You HAVE to answer the phone at least ONE time. The "prescription line" answering machine system is not okay anymore. I leave a message and it goes into a void. Every month for years. That's not an exaggeration. I'm serious. I've never been able to pick up my prescription on time. I know you work hard. And do a lot. And make saves that go unseen or unappreciated. So thank you for that. Really... read more
Dr. Trouche is always empathetic and really seems to care how you are doing. Very nice and concerned! Def . Would recommend him!!!!!!!!!!
He is an excellent Psychiatrist! He knows what he is doing. And he listens and is willing to try different approaches.
Dr Trouche is great, but his office staff is horrible. First you can't speak to an actual person when you call, you have to leave a message. Then 90% of the time they don't call you back. I've now left 3 messages going back 10 days about getting my medical records and no response, I guess my next steps are going to be going down there in person since no one will return my calls.
