This doctor's overall really good very kind and gentle and explains everything that she's doing with procedures I'm the only bad or downside is that it's a little crowded sometimes

I have put up with waiting long hours after my appointment time, I've put up with her rude and unprofessional staff, but this last incident was the worsted. I booked an appointment for my physical one day, I took off from work got to my appointment waited 1 1/2 hour to be seen, I left there 4 1/2 hours later. when leaving I was told to book an appointment to get my results in two weeks. I told the receptionist that I had to take off from work just to be able to get my physical done, but I'm not going to be able to do that ag... read more

I scheduled an appointment over a month ago as a first time patient. I had my appointment schedule today at 9:45am it was 12:30pm and i had not been seen. I asked why other patients who came after me were seen, i was told they were getting results which was a lie. I approach Dr. Tate and said what was done was not professional like, she immediately threw at me my chart and say she will refuse to see. She was so unprofessional by abandoning her patients and not seeing anyone today.
