I have been coming to Dr. Thomas for almost 30 years since I was in junior high. He’s professional and has always been pleasant. When I was younger I thought he was too rough but as an adult I appreciate his thoroughness. I’ve been to other dentist when he didn’t take my insurance but none have been as good. I’ve even paid $250 out of pocket for a cleaning with him because he was better than the dentist on my insurance plan. My family also goes to him. Firstly, the office is filthy, floors and counters were dusty and dirty. The so called doctor and his staff constantly was coughing and did not cover their mouths. That doctor was rude no customer service at all. I would NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! I'd prefer to give him zero stars, go somewhere else if you want good service and a respectful doctor.
