Firstly, the office is filthy, floors and counters were dusty and dirty. The so called doctor and his staff constantly was coughing and did not cover their mouths. That doctor was rude no customer service at all. I would NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! I'd prefer to give him zero stars, go somewhere else if you want good service and a respectful doctor.
Dr. Thomas is straight business, no frills, funny, efficient.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dr. Percy Thomas (and his staff Tina & Melinda) are some of the rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. I saw Percy in March 2023 for a checkup and he found ONE issue, which is a couple of my bottom teeth had mobility and he wanted to do a retainer. When I went to the appointment for the retainer, he had failed to take a mold of my teeth on the prior visit, so we couldn’t do it. This was the worst dental experience of my life. Poor communication and treatment, charged upfront for abysmal dental work. I hate leaving a negative review, but I went to him based mostly on the positive reviews here. NEVER RECOMMEND.
