Total time here between two drivers for the same load was over 7 hours. First driver arrived at 1245 for a 1300 appointment and sat for over 4 hours. I ended up relieving our driver because he ran out of hours sitting there waiting. Once I was able to get in a door, it took them nearly 2 hours to load. No bathroom which is great since they like to hold you so long, so get it out before you get here. Not the first time this has happened either. I checken in 7:30am for 10:30am appoitment.They gave a dock door at 14:00.I was loaded at 16:40 and then i wait another 30 minutes for paperwork.So i spend 10 hours at this place where they don't have restroom for drivers.Think about before you come here for any reason.I will not come again.
If u have load pick up from this place be ready to wait 4-5 hours Doesn’t matter if u have appointment or not. NO PUBLIC RESTROOM WTC disgusting!!! Parking no overnight
Slow slow slow!! Been here 10 hrs and still waiting. They keep saying it’s almost ready but never is. Avoid this place
No shipping after 20:30 PM , No restroom.
