Lack of communication with drivers picking up and also lack of communication between shifts set for 3 hours to pick load up but after they gave me door but another driver was in door there yard guy checked on it the told me to take door next to that one . 30minutes later kicked me out of that door and said I was in wrong door . Pat Flatley and Jared Lung overwork their employees and have poor communication. Would rather stick a fight with their boss Randy Hall than actually try and promote a healthy and efficient work environment. Their solution to a burnt out and under appreciated employee that has a big life event on the way is to demote them and give them a $1 pay cut. A whole lot more negatives to say.
