Son was a client for years and I called to make an appointment and on hold 15 minutes! Then they asked if insurance was the same and I told them no. They wouldn't accept new ins and I said I'd pay cash on the spot. The receptionist put me on hold and came back and said they wouldn't see him. I told them I had another insurance provider and she wouldn't even let me tell them the provider and check to see if they accepted them. I said..."You won't check or accept cash".
