Dr. Chang is dellightful and a very good doctor. HOWEVER, the staff she hires is consistently inappropriate for the work they attempt to perform at a doctor's office.Her staff has different people from time to time, but they are all cast from the same mold.They lose paperwork (important stuff), don't know how to fax prescriptions. They are openly rude, and incompassionate to the very very sick people they treat in a pain management office.They actually have been caught lying. Never an option.
