This is an absolutely HORRIBLE office! I highly recommend that you AVOID this office and I would not be surprised to see this office shut down in the future. I will take some precious time to recount some of the very poor experiences. First, the front office staff can be extremely rude and Dr. Peggy Watson doesn’t care. Second, this office is concerned primarily with $$s, not customer service or patient care. Lastly, you cannot trust office staff, as they are unfriendly and focused on dolla

Worst service ever! My husband has been going here for about a year. He’s intail visit was to find out why he was having bad migraines and dizzy spells. After 6 major test (ekg, sonograms etc) he was told he has a fatty liver. Still no answers one why he was having migraines & dizzy spells. This past weekend he becames terribly ill. 102.4 fever, head ache, body aches, lathergic etc. CLASSIC symptoms of the Flu. So we made him a doctors apt for Monday to confirm what we already know. He was told

Dr. Watson was an answer to a prayer! Having suffered from Hashimotos and all its problems including stubborn weight loss, she has been an integral part in helping me find my root cause and turn my health around. In addition, she is also an expert in hormone balancing and replacement therapy. I have encouraged many friends to see her for assistance in their difficult health issues and they have all been extremely happy with the care they’ve received from Dr. Watson and Land O’Lakes Primary care.

Policies are increasingly less about the patient and more about making more money. Medications patients have been on for years require $125 office visit to renew. Once in the door they do nothing for you. I was diagnosed with diabetes and after going back for a year i had to ask to be put on medications and for a glucose monitor. A huge focus of the practice is to funnel you into one of their non insurance covered programs. Profit over people.

I have been going to Dr. Watson's office since it first opened. Over the years I had very simple medical issues until recently. I went to several GI specialist who only wanted to put me on PPI's (Nexium, Dexilant) which did not help. Dr. Watson was the only doctor to suggest a medication which healed my stomach lining from chronic gastritis as well as suggesting a helpful supplement which I purchased at a local health food store. She spends as much time as needed with you and I never feel rushed

Been here three times in the passed month and still haven't got a clear answer on anything. First it's a thyroid problem, then I don't have a thyroid problem and now it's hormonal and I have to go in once again. At this point, it's just ridiculous. There are a few genuine people working there but overall, I would not recommend this office.

They are terrible. All about fake medicine and make up false billings to your insurance company. Doctor is nonexistent only nurse practitioners.
