I called at 10:54am on July 29th to inquire about my insurance. I switched providers and wanted to know if my new insurance was accepted. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I asked “do you accept such and such insurance” and she goes “no we don’t” and hung up the phone. I had questions about self pay care because I’m in need but couldn’t even ask because she hung up the phone before I could even speak. I been seeing my Dr Vrajesh Shah for almost 16 years now. he is beautiful person. He is so professional. He’s a great doctor. He cares a lot about his patience. I love that he always but God first. if you go with pain to him and something wrong, he’ll send you to get x-rays Ct Scan,or MRI that kind of stuff. I would recommend him to everybody.one day I had to the emergency room with severe pain in my stomach, in the in the hospital didn’t find anything wrong.
