mrs I have to agree with all the other reviews about dr. Watsons staff. They were very rude and inefficient. They lost my file and it was never found. Dr Watson seemed to be o.k., but it wasn't worth staying with her and putting up with her pitifully rude and curt employees. My husband, son and i went back to our original doctor..
awful and rude staff The staff is so rude yo don't have an idea, the manager gets angry is rude, the medical assistance is rude and inpatient, you wait almost 45 to be seing, the staff always wants to leave so they treat you bad if you are seing at the end of the date. Dr. Watson is never availible so your insurance payed them 300 dollar to see a PA that only give you a prescription. Dr. Watson is fantastic and should not practice in this awful place. lk I've been a patient of Dr. Watson for over 10 years even before she moved to the Land O'Lakes area. Dr Watson and the other Dr's and physician assistants are very personable and spend time with you answering questions during your time. They are all very thorough. I will admit, that at first with blood work to determine vitamin levels I was skeptical. After researching on my own, vitamins are important for your overall health. Office Manager is incompetent I have been seeing Dr. Watson for over five years. Early on, she was helpful but her focus has changed to be more MedSpa centric and less primary care related. As such, she makes herself less available for primary care duties both when making appointments and during the appointment itself. Wait times are terrible and the office staff is hit and miss. Don't buy your vitamins here... I walked into this office at 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday, intending to purchase my monthly supply of vitamins ($$$). I am typically unable to get to this office during normal business hours during the week due to my job. Office Staff is Rude I wish I had read the other reviews on the internet before going to this office. My experiences with the office staff mirror the poor reviews others have written.
Anywhere but here Want a prescription refilled? Not unless you go for more lab work after you already had it done! Oh, and you have to come in the office too! Need to cancel appointment? Better make sure you call a week in advance and be prepared for the riot act over the phone (and continual guilt if you have to call for anything after that). Disappointed and concerned Although I received compassion and care from Dr. Watson, her office staff is rude and unprofessional. I was treated like a criminal for missing an "alleged" appointment. Unfortunately, I will now be following up with another doctor??s office, one whom I will confident that their dedication is to patient care rather than money. Individuals should not treat others the way I was treated let alone representatives of a doctor??s office who are entrusted with the wellbeing of so many.
Love this office I love Dr Watson. She is a very caring and compassionate doctor. Her office is usually very busy and she often runs behind but never rushes through an appointment. I always feel that I can talk to her about any health conditions I might have questions about. Her office staff is very knowledgeable about insurance coverage.
