I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Downing. I went to her with an issue I was very self conscious about. She listened to my concern without judgement. She assessed my situation & offered choice in my care. She used her professional skills and discernment to reach my specific healthcare goal.She’s a highly competent straight shooter & I value that in a provider. She was also very knowledgeable in the ways of Tricare billing, which I was super thankful for!
Unfriendly & rude. Made joke about my breast size. Severely lacked communication after abnormal pap & very dismissive of SEVERE ongoing hormonal dysfunction.
Peggy Downing is Very unprofessional would NOT listen to the information that I was giving her about my own body! Then she thought she was going Give me a examination after she criticized my figures and my moral scruples and ethics no way in the world would I let her touch my baby! With that said there is Good people In That office just a few and they are hard to find because you have to go though hell and be past around the clinic team which isnt right at all ! Do not use, Generations Medical Center. The most unprofessional office staff, rude to not only myself but when my new doctor requested my records they were rude to them! I moved to a different town and they sated they had 30 days to comply with transferring my records. The office called me on vacation a month after my biopsy was done, to say I may or may not have cancer and to call back and talk to the doctor. The doctor refused to talk to me on the phone.

Disrespectful, condescending, and absolutely awful. I would allow a rabid raccoon to deliver my baby before I ever let that woman touch me again.
