After almost 2 decades of being a patient with Dr. Pedro Enriquez and always putting my trust in him. It came to light that when I most needed him not only did he failed me but betrayed me as well. I was forced to find another primary doctor and not by Dr. Enriquez choice but by his actions, lack of compassion and consideration. I was so happy for so many years with Dr. Enriquez that his betrayal really broke my heart. I'm 77 years of age finding that type of bond with another doctor will be hard.
After nearly 5 hours and no return calls, my mothers meds to keep her comfortable while actively dying were called into the Pharmacy. With no return calls who knew they were called in? It was by chance we called the pharmacy just in case, to get a very sympathetic pharmacy tech..... Thank you Walgreens, for having compassion for my mother and family, something that her doctor and PA of many years DID NOT!
