Excellent care!
He is retired now! Office wait in this office and all their offices are excessive. I had shoulder surgery in Dec 2020, it was just a cleanout, now I am told it should have been a replacement. So a complete failure, most likely because it was done in their surgery center, not the hospital!

The WORST DOCTOR in my ENTIRE life...was a consultant ordered by my hospital staff doctor while in hospital after car accident....my Daughter was in my room at the time he appeared and she said I DO NOT LIKE HIM...my feelings EXACTLY...RUDE and ARROGANT to the max...spent about 5 seconds there with no real diagnosis...and the bill for those brief moments was $375.00...????? was told by hospital to set up an appointment with him...I did so...he was even WORSE at clinic meeting...said my primary was wrong in his diagnosis and ... read more
We really like the dr but our appointment was at 9:20 and we weren’t seen until 11:05.

Dr. Monserrate helped my ninety year old Mom from day one. Diagnosed correctly...did what needed to be done. Made no empty promises. AND all was done with the utmost professionalism and compassion. He is truly a gem.
