I have been going to Pearl Vision for a long time and I am always happy. The service I receive is always top notch I feel like when I come in everyone already knows me I never have to wait very long to be helped no matter what I am doing be it contacts, glasses or seeing the doctor. Dr Oifer and his staff have a very loyal customer and it’s all due to the amazing customer service
I have been coming to this facility for several years. The doctors are great and the staff are fantastic. During my most recent visit the front office staff went above and beyond to help an elderly individual in and out of the exam rooms. These acts of kindness you don’t see in many settings. The way a staff treats their patients and especially their patients who need assistance speaks volumes about the facility. I highly recommend Pearl Vision in Roswell!

Horrible people, my 88 yr old mother who has dementia was taken advantage of by the staff, they sold her the most expensive glasses in the place although she asked for more affordable glasses. Moms generation trusted each other, you can't do that today. Beware of this store, go elsewhere.

I hadn't been happy with my eye doctor I had been going to. I decided to try the office in East Brunswick. I was greeted with smiling faces as soon as I walked in. I saw the doctor who was wonderful and was able to look at glasses as soon as my exam ended. Cindy was extremely helpful in helping me find a pair I liked. I will be back next year
I have no regrets in saying that i have found Pearle Vision the best in all eye care organizations. You will be treated like you are in family and rest you get, is standard quality.
Service is great and prices are fair compared to other optical places.
I had an eye exam at Pearle Vision Canton, but decided to get glasses elsewhere since their selection was limited and prices were extremely high, I got the script filled somewhere else and was able to get two pair of glasses for $150 less than quoted at Pearle Vision and I liked the actual frame much better. I cannot see out of the glasses. Pearle Vision verified the glasses were the right script, but refused to re evaluate my eyes.
