I took my friend Mr. Basseri to see Payman R. Emmanuel, and the experience was excellent. His staff was very kind, well-mannered, and professional, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Dr. Emmanuel himself was calm, caring, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer every question clearly and thoughtfully. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we left with a strong impression of both his expertise and compassion.
My husband and I are so happy with Dr. Emmanuel and his staff that I had to write something. I tell them after each office visit that I go home happy after the visit. I had left hip fracture in India in July 2024 and I had hip fracture repair surgery in India. In February 2025 two screws broke. The trauma specialist removed the whole hardware (including other screws and rod) claiming that it had healed. I kept walking with pain with the help of a walker.
