My husband had a bulging disc that was stretching his peripheral nerve and causing severe leg pain/ foot drop. Dr. Alleyene told us we had no choice but to do an Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion. We got 3 other MATCHING opinions, the last at UCSD. They said they wouldn't even OFFER an ALIF to my husband. He went through with a Microdisectomy at UCSD, less than 12 hrs post-op he was walking around the hospital floor with ZERO leg pain. Please get 2nd/3rd opinions before committing to Dr. Alleyene
I was suffering from neck pain for years. I tried physical therapy. I took two shots of edpidural injections. None of that helped. Dr. Moazzaz explained my problems to me clearly, he answered my questions fully, and he addressed all of my concerns patiently. The surgery was performed for L4 to L6, & it was a success ! Dr. Moazzaz is more than a great doctor. He is a caring, kind, & gentle person, that shines through his work. The nurse is always courteous, I couldn't ask for a better team.
Neck broke, spinal cord and nerves compression, damaged disks, and sciatica pain was my companion 24/7, I was a mess. Several surgical procedures, some robotic at Tri City Medical, I have a renewed outlook on living. My wife and I now looking forward to retirement where we plan on travel, riding bikes, hiking, zip lining, etc. Dr. Moazzaz is truly passionate about his profession, exceptionally skilled and a very caring physician, I would not hesitate recommending to family and friends. Dr. Moazzas answered all of my questions and discussed the x-rays and the results, which showed a complete success. He spent as much time with me as I needed during every appointment. His staff continued to warmly welcome us. Dr. Moazzas provided practical strategies during the surgery recovery and demonstrated that I was a person, and just a "number". What a refreshing experience. I was so satisfied, I was immediately recommending him and his staff to others. I received the best care possible.
Before saying that he is an extraordinary Doctor. I want to tell you that he is an extraordinary human being, he made me feel safe and cared for and comfortable. He told me that in a year I will be feeling GREAT, and is true. I will never get tired for repeating the same over and over. Her gave me my life back.
Dr Allyne is the most compassionate, responsive and intuitive Dr that I have ever met. He performed my cervical spine surgery about 5 years ago and I have been pain free ever since. I have highly recommended him to many of my friends. He is now taking care of me after my trestment for cancer, which caused complications. I am grateful for his intuition and healing abilities. Dr Alleyne failed to accurately guard against a serious post surgery complication and my father died a week after a routine back surgery. He even boasted to my friend that my father would be "just fine and should be going home soon." my father never went home but died instead. This doctor never spoke to the primary care physician who had knowledge of my father's medical history. Steer clear of this Doctorwhose practice is fraught with malpractice.
An OUTSTANDING success! Dr. Moazzaz performed two spinal fusions, L4-L5, L5-S1, and a laminectomy. Arrived Friday morning 7:00 am for surgery. Woke up that afternoon, walked the hallway around 4:00pm--PAIN-FREE! Dr. Moazzaz always answered my questions, shared his knowledge about my condition, and the procedure. I always felt informed about my care. Debbie, his assistant, was patient, kind, terrific! Incredibly thankful for this successful surgery, and the gifted Dr. Moazzaz!
