Doctor great, waiting room disaster
Dr. Amini is a very nice and friendly person… However Horribly run office! Wait times as long as three hours, even though you have a scheduled appointment. Not enough seating and many people, even elderly, left standing. We wouldn’t come here, except this is who we got stuck with via SCAN HMO
The only negative experience was the waiting room. I spent 1 hour 45 min standing in the waiting room. I am a healthy 77 year old, and if a chair opened up in the waiting room, there was always someone older or less able to stand than I. The waiting room has about 15-18 chairs. They asked non patients to wait in hallway (standing room only). Most people accompanying patients are as old and unhealthy as the patient. Waiting in reception room is too long about 2 hrs, then coming to exam room is continuing to waiting!!!
