The doctor was fine. It was the over 2 1/2 hour wait to see him that annoyed me.
Dr. Amini is a wonderful individual who takes the time to explain things, answer questions and listen to his patient. He does see a lot of patients though we never wait too long. He deserves 5 stars. His staff on the other hand isn't as wonderful as he is. They are a bit rude and abrasive. I think they forget they are working in a Retna/ Eye facility because they assume that everyone is able to see where their taking them. They never ask if assistance is needed back to your seat after getting pictures taken of their eye. The... read more
