I have lived in Orange County for many years and have had four different dentists in this time. Dr. Pauline Phan has been the best so far, but it isn't just her - it also the other people that work in the office. They all work together very well and are well coordinated. My cleaning and exam were very high quality. At other places the assistant does the cleaning, but here Dr. Phan performed it and it was easily the best cleaning experience I have had. Careless and mean and disrespectful to patient with toothache like me. Do not come to this especially when you are veterans. How do you feel if she tell you that if you do not like do not come because she have too many parents.? O ( ZERO) star
Pauline is a wonderful dentist. She is very friendly, has an easy touch and you never wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. All the staff is very friendly as well, I would highly recommend her. Even my boyfriend who is terrified of dental work finally went to Dr. Phan and admitted she was good so he is going back to her.
