Dr. Hong has done a great job with my daughter the issues she has had since she was little. She is kind, hardworking, and understanding. We have really enjoyed working with her!
Dr Hong has always been amazing but I miss the old front staff. The new girls up front are very rude, no communication between staff when changes are made, their attitudes are terrible and tried pushing me out of my apt. I walked in at 8:21 and the blonde said I was late and didn’t know that the dr would still see me. My apt was at 8:30. They argue a ton over the phone when they don’t look at past history/records. For some reason, my condition (Strabismus) went critical. I lost my ability to drive safely as I was seeing cars pull right in front of me. I also lost my depth perception, and my ability to park my car unless there were no cars around me. I ask my optometrist for a recommendation, and he sent me to Dr Hong. Please do not be put off by the office which may appear outdated, or by the fact they use paper records, high tech does not deliver a better outcome!
