I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Paulina! I signed up for her evidence based birth class at my midwife’s recommendation and I am so happy I did! The class was information packed, the resources were very helpful but most of all Paulina presented the information in an easy to understand way. I took the Evidence Based Birth class with Paulina. It was really helpful going through all the information in a hybrid class format. I was reading through the Evidence Based Birth free resources, but I found that I was constantly looking up words/topics I didn't understand in order to understand what I was reading in the resources. The Evidence Based Birth class was truly invaluable, I will recommend it to every pregnant person I come across! Through every stage of labour I felt like I knew what was happening and had a true understanding of what my body was doing and it brought a lot of comfort and helped me stay calm. I can't think of anything more I could want from a birthing class, it was really amazing!!
