Dr. Wilson has always taken time to listen me and providing me with the right information when regarding my kidney stones. She has an excellent bedside manner and keeps the family abreast of what’s going on with my health.
Very disappointing front-desk experience. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, and I checked in at 2:20 PM. I had a message from Nurse Kaycee reminding me to bring my PCP referral, and I brought it with me exactly as instructed. Even with the proper referral in hand, the receptionist refused to let me see the doctor and insisted on an insurance referral instead. Has the best interest in my treatment and improving my condition
I had high expectations for Dr. Paulina but they were not met. She recommended, and insisted on, this procedure - Bulkamid Urethral Bulking for SUI at NVSC. Ten months after the procedure, I have seen no improvement. This procedure was quite expensive so I am very disappointed.
