I cannot say enough good about the spa side at Pinnacle, Grand Blanc. Nicole offers superb care. She is the aesthetician with great skill. She is kind, friendly, knowledgeable but most importantly, gifted in her practice. Amy is the nurse there. She is kind and innovative. I have only had one service with her but she is wonderful. Now Loven Dermatology. Really great experience. To start with, the website is great. I was able to find and fill out my new patient forms ahead of time. The website was very clear with what to bring and what to expect. The staff was professional. I interacted with 2 nurses/aides as well as an independent phlebotomist representing LabCorp.
