Dumb to be the only vulvar specialist yet not accepting new patients and STILL advertising this practice.
I have been a patient of Dr. Zook's for many years and have always been pleased with her work. She is kind, warm, very professional and detail oriented. I never feel rushed in her office. I have never experienced her conducting unnecessary procedures. She is careful with her explanations, and I have found her to be very trustworthy. Over the years, I have experienced her office staff to also be consistently friendly, professional and well-organized. Five stars across the board!
Recieved a referral to see Dr. Zook from my gynecologist. After nearly a year of waiting to hear back I was told by the staff that she would not see me despite my referral and persistent painful symptoms. Very disappointing.
She was amazing, took her time, explained everything and was very compassionate. I saw her for a skin condition. I highly recommend her.
