I saw Dr. Brown very recently. I was so pleased with her. As well as grateful! My visit was awesome. Her office staff is great too! Highly recommend her.
Worked well with my special needs son
I gave Dr . Brown this rating because she showed compassion towards my son and his ongoing allergy issues and took time explaining to us as the parents and my son as the patient details of any issue and answered any questions or concerns we had
The doctor was very nice and spent time explaining everything to me. However I left a message for her to call me and never heard back.
I was sick for a long time before I got to see the doctor and I was not sure if they were hearing my concerns.
Great communication
She was very thorough, she was very respectful, she was down to earth, she gave us a lot of important information about my husband's health and I think she might be able to get to the bottom of my husband's health issues. She was very, very good and we would highly recommend her to anybody. Not Optum, but her.
