I’ve been with Dr. Francis for about 10 years. She has always been very helpful in determining solutions for my psychiatric conditions. I trust her implicitly. Her Staff always responds in a very timely manner if I have questions. I know that Dr. Francis will respond the same day if necessary.
I was going through unbearable, psychological trauma, and at the time Dr Paula Ann Francis suggested TMS therapy with Karen. I completed therapy one year ago in February 2004, today I am refreshed, renewed, strong, and courageous, grateful, and more than ever I look forward to my future.Thank you,Dawn
I highly recommend Dr. Francis for anyone who is looking for a psychiatrist who truly cares for you as a person. She is thorough in her assessments and takes a holistic approach when formulating your plan of care. She has helped change my life for the better.
Issue getting an appt for meds for an urgent issue. Office manager, mid 30's Latin woman, talked down to me on phone, refused to forward my many messages to the doctor or make an appt for me- and I was a patient there already for 2 years! This woman spoke harshly to me & heartlessly obstructed my path to see the doctor. Seemed to get joy out of educating me on office policies (which did not apply to my situation anyway which she later acknowledged), rather than make me an appt. Fire her.
After pawning me off on an intern, I finally met the dr. She was rude and offensive; essentially called me a drug addict (laughable since i can't take most medicines and abhor medicine) and threatened to call the dea; if you like going to a dr on a monthly basis than this is perfect; she insists you come in monthly (so she can get paid of course). I feel so strongly about this woman, I reported her to my insurance provider and the hospital with which she is affiliated
