For a person who is supposed to be working with those who are mentally ill, she does not take the time to be sensitive in any way shape or form. I recently visited her office in 17110 royal palm blvd suite 1 in Weston Fl and was treated like utter garbage. I recommend she gets her own mental health in check before analyzing that of others.
Called to schedule an appointment and they said they would call me back. Never got a call back so had to call back my self. A week before my appointment I wanted to confirm the time and they did not have me any where on there schedule. I’m not sure if this is a good doctor or not but they did not seem very organized at all.
This was the wrong Dr. Frances. Google would not let me erase my review and write it for the excellent Dr. Paula Francis on Commercial Boulevard in Ft. Lauderdale!
I have NOT been able to get to see this person... Her receptionist is the most hopeless person in the Globe.. in 2 days.. call up and put on hold 25 times... talked to me twice and gone off to "find" an appointment for me... both times I have had to hang up after 24 and 28 mins as I have other calls to answer and work to do.. Dear Dr... if your that busy that she has to deal with that many people I'm not sure I want to see you.. I'd probably be forced out in 30 seconds to accommodate your next victim
