Extremely clean office, super organized, dr is very kind and knowledgeable and on time. Overall great first experience. It’s a bonus the office does ultrasounds directly in the clinic. Makes the process so much easier
Very busy office. Staffs were good. Dr. Wu was good. Took care of me well. To the other person who wrote about not picking up phone. You can always leave a voice message. I've done so and they do call me back. Wouldn't blame them if they are so busy.
Offered no solutions or a follow up to a health concern that I’ve had for quite some time. I will have to continue my search for a more suitable Dr.
Dr Wu exemplifies what a doctor is. Caring kind and above all knowledgeable in all aspects of patient care. For many years he has been the go to physician/ surgeon in Burlington.
The ultrasound tech at Dr. Wu's office is fantastic and so kind. Dr Wu gave very little interaction and couldn't really remember any details about me in between visits. During the course of my pregnancy the wait times for appointments were reasonable and the office was professional overall but I had to change OBs because Dr. Wu did not advocate for me when I needed it; my company offered 4 weeks of pre-partum leave and all he needed to do was sign the form, but would only sign off on 3 weeks because I wasn't doing a "manual"... read more
