After being a patient for 6+ years, I can only add to my recommendation. Dr Winter and his staff are very patient, very helpful, always on time and always courteous. He takes time to explain and when need be he offers excellent referrals. He is a strong Houston Astros fan and he is also A DAMN GOOD DENTIST!
