Wow!! I cut my hand in a chop saw almost severing four fingers, Dr. Wigoda reattached everything, leaving a scar that you can barely see !!! I would recommend him strongly!!!
I had FTM top surgery with Dr. Wigoda. I had an amazing experience where I felt individually cared for. and it was very close to completely painless. I had a wide range of motion even on day 1. He is a miracle worker!!!

I went to Dr. Wigoda for cosmetic surgery to improve my appearance. I had a nose that had developed a large bulb like tip at the end. I also had a deformity that had developed at the bottom of my right nostril such that the area of the opening was about half the size of the opening of the left nostril, which was normal in size and shape. His prices were mid-range, his location close by, and reviews, primarily by women, were mostly favorable. I give best and worst case scenario. In patients with large noses who want smaller noses, I reduce all of the structures that can be reduced as much as possible while keeping enough structure and support so that the patient's breathing will not be affected.
