Front desk staff is extremely unprofessional, I was order a test that needed insurance approval, waited over a month to hear from them, finally I called back, since I didn't hear from them, they said they didn’t have my insurance information, I sent it to them two different times, after waiting for two more weeks and realizing my appointment date was approaching, I called again and explained the situation the front desk lady, she said so you want to cancel the appointment?
