He's staff especially the one from west virginia is extremely rude. she was yelling at me. literally yelling and making some mocking at the same time. I will never take my kids or refer anyone to his office. He only cares about money and he uses very old instruments. He makes many mistakes and he gets angry and give lip to people. professionalism? He doesn't know what that means. He should retire and do something else besides ruining peoples teeth.
