Dr. Paul Subrt in Katy, TX has been delivering adequate dermatology treatment to me and many others at West Side Dermatology for several years and I have been his patient. Today I came in for an appointment and the receptionist was so rude it was hard to believe. She talked down to me and made it clear she did not want to assist me in any way.
