Very unprofessional. I was prescribed a medication, but after reading through the side effects I had some questions for Dr. Storrs. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with him but all I get is the receptionist that is relaying messages from him. This has resulted in many miscommunications regarding my questions, and I have repeatedly asked to speak directly with the Doctor.
