Dr Yim and his staff are are all excellent. I have been a patient for years.
Do not recommend. The office billing staff is the worse. Hateful and does not want to do their job and file with the insurance. They want payment for answering the phone but refuse to do their job. Never got to see the actual doctor only nurses and were expected to pay as if you did. Stay away!!!
You have to call many times and beg to get them to refill your medication. I was told to stop calling them, however, they were still in no rush to refill my needed medication.
Didn't make it past Hope the receptionist, very poor customer service, wanted me to do all the leg work for confirming insurance, didn't even schedule me an appointment, Sad because my mother was a patient of Dr. Yims for many yrs till her dying day and I was looking forward to
He is very knowledgeable about the medical conditions you are facing while being kind and caring through the whole process. Best doctor I have ever been to.

The staff (Pam) who I waited on me this morning was the best as always. Dr. Yim is very kind and concerned. My wait time was only a very few minutes and the experience was great!!!! (For a Dr. Visit)
Lacks medical knowledge, staff rude, especially Pam over a b12 shot. YOU don't yell at your patients!! Wants to cause serotonin poisoning with tramadol and viibryd. Refuses to script meds that work for the last 6 years. They don't care about their patients, they don't even listen.
