they started off ok, then start pushing services on you, then if you don't agree they start trying to coerce you into procedures you don't want. you tell them no, and they keep pushing and pushing. "if you don't we won't clean your teeth anymore". Dental hygienist said too me, "I will lose my license if you don't do this procedure". No means no!
It was a well timed visit an the dentist had a wonderful sense of humor explained everything an did it in a timely manner
