You can see if “huh?” is a sufficient response to an NY OPMC complaint coming your way that your office cannot accurately maintain patient records ON 3 OCCASIONS! lol UPDATE: I called them and said I will never return due to their bad customer service. front end staff fail to maintain accurate financial obligations of patient records. Send threatening letters as FIRST NOTICE of payments rather than final notices and refuses to apologize for their incompetency. When a patient needs to pay, the FIRST NOTICE is typically a BILL not a threatening letter to escalate the situation to the head of the practice. And when errors happen, usually human beings apologize.
Great ophthalmologist. Always on time and very thorough
Office is busy but I was able to wait in my car and was called in via phone. Doctor is honest and appears thorough. I am pleased with not having to have surgery:)
