Grandaughter went to Dr. Busch for a toothache. He numbed her with novocaine and when he started working on her tooth, she could still feel pain. He did an x-ray of tooth and told her she needed a route canal. Since she was already given novocaine, she asked if he could do it right then and he said "no", you have to pay first. Being 18, she has excellent dental insurance but not $800 cash. So he rescheduled an appt for her at a later date. She returned to have the route canal done with money in hand.
