We were at the office for a total of three hours. I didn’t appreciate having to input all of our information into your new data format. That alone took 30 minutes. The doctor was more than an hour late. We stayed because Keystone canceled our previous appointment. Once the doctor did arrive an electrical storm knocked out the power so he had no access to Bob’s medical records. We never received an appointment. Due to Bob’s age, we won’t be coming back anyway.
