I have been seeing Paul Pervil for many years. I like him as my Gastroenterologist. However, I have had repeated difficulties in obtaining renewals on my prescriptions. I give specific instructions on quantity and refills which have not been followed with no feedback and I had to put in redundant requests each time for a renewal. Both through the portal and by phone. It shouldn't be this difficult to obtain a prescription renewal.
