Pence was very rude and talked down to you. Unless you are exyremely wealthy and have something to offer him socially, he does not want you as a client. His work is rushed, very upset if you are anxious towards dental work and runs off to his office like a little boy throwing a temper tantrum. Poor bedside manner and bad attitude. I cannot stress enough- If you do not have status or extreme wealth, do not go to him. He turns people away.
Oustanding customer service. When I arrived, the person with whom I made the appointment, who was not the individual at the front desk, recognized my name when I gave it and made a point of personally greeting me.
I was in search of another dentist after have a bad experience. I ended up with Dr. Pence and was very pleased. I had a filling re-done today and I am having virtually no pain. He was very polite, very considerate and concerned about how I was doing throughout the procedure. He made sure the job was done well, even if it took extra time. The last place I went to, I did *not* want to go back for my crown there. I have no qualms with going back to Dr. Pence for my crown - and it is supposed to be cheaper than this other place.... read more
I have been going to Dr. Pence for several years now, and his work is superb. He has done a number of crowns and my old teeth (65 now) are in good shape. He also does root canals in one visit. Painless, reasonable and he has even come in on week ends if there were an emergency. My whole family goes to him.
Dr. Pence exhibits professionalism, knowledge, and is friendly and easy to talk to. He provides treatment options and lets you make the decision as to how you would like to proceed. My experience has been great!
