Aztec Heating AC is always fantastic! Helpful, knowledgeable, professional and kind. They get it done right the first time which is not an experience I have had recently with other assigned HVAC on a recent recall situation. I will always use Aztec Heating AC. .
From sales to installation this company deserves its 5 star rating from me and others. Even the City inspector says they 'are the best.' It's lovely to have the a/c on the warm days and I know we'll be cozy this winter when it's cold. The guys who performed the installation were all great, hardworking, personable & knew what they were doing. Hire Aztec Heating AC if you want the best.
They are just a middle man. They got the job done, but it was way too expensive. They charged me a service fee every time someone came to my house to fix the same furnace. They came to fix it and about 15 minutes after they left it stopped working. I was then charged another service fee for them to come back and fix it again. Would recommend to look around before going with Aztec.
I was charged $510 for an ignition replacement that took 15 minutes and the part can be found online for $20-$50 (most other companies I've spoken to said it would cost $125-$200 for that service). When I tried to speak to someone in charge, I was given the run around and never able to speak to anyone.
