Dr. Cerny always takes the time to understand and explain our discussion topics clearly. I never feel like I am being rushed to see the next patient.
Dr. Cerny has been my primary physician for many years. He always takes the time to discuss any issues or concerns and I never feel rushed. The nurses, front office and lap personnel are always friendly and courteous.
I have always been in excellent health. However during my latest physical - they performed an EKG - Dr. Cerny noted that he thought I had AFIB. He put me at ease, & set me up with an appointment with a cardio Dr. & said It's probably nothing, but just to ensure all Is OK. He set up the appointment. I went to the cardio Dr. That day & they ran another EKG. & the Dr. Listened to my heart & confirmed I have AFIB & It could lead to stroke.
