We recently visited Dr. Paul NG, an eye specialist who, while having a commanding presence, showed exceptional professionalism and genuine care. His detailed diagnosis and insightful advice impressed us greatly. We regard Dr. Ng as a highly reliable and commendable doctor.
Visited Dr Ng 2 days ago and left with nothing but disappointment, never in my life had a doctor made me feel so rushed and not wanting to come back, literally when I asked the doctor what should I do if the pain comes back he replied with ‘don’t come back here’ with a smirk on his face All my complaints about my eye issue were made like they were not serious enough. Nothing against the lovely reception girls at all they were so sweet, but I will never be back to this clinic
