Dr Mendoza is great and front staff is very cooperative and very responsive all the time.
From the couple times I've seen Dr. Paul Mendoza he's been okay. But this practise as a whole is a JOKE. When they finally decide to answer the phones they don't have availability for MONTHS. When you finally get to your scheduled time appointment you are most likely waiting hours to see the doctor for 5 minutes. My entire family has been with this doctor for years and every time we have health issues it's faster to wait at a walk-in clinic or even the emergency!
