I went in with shoulder pain and Sleepy Paul did not pay attention to a word that I said. He did an x-ray of my shoulder then an MRI. I complained about having prior spinal problems which he ignored. He said your pain is coming from your shoulder. He did rotator cuff surgery and my problem got worse. I couldn't do physical therapy after. I had stage 4 spinal stenosis and he almost killed me. Stay clear of Avala..... I've learned some horror stories from nurses working there. Everything is a COVER UP

Always attentive to the injury. Except when the insurance started pressuring him. I noticed a change in his demeanor. Workmen’s comp injury.
