"Feeling like I was pushed through appointment, no vitals taken, no medication reviewed by your staff. Told my shoulder needs to be removed and replaced with metal with very little explanation of what the procedure is. You told me that you did not care about the muscle damage nor wanted to deal with any of the other related issues that are occurring with the entire shoulder. No MRI ? No other tests nothing?
